Highlights for 2019:

  • Second Medical plan added
  • No cost, outpatient elective surgery options through Surgery Plus
  • BCBS Care Connected enhanced customer service
  • Talkspace digital therapy
  • Increase in deductible and out-of-pocket amounts for Preferred PPO medical plan
  • Rate increases for the medical, dental, and life insurance plans

Open Enrollment 2019

Important - You only needed to participate in open enrollment if:

  • You wanted to add or continue a flexible spending account. The FSA amounts do not roll over from year to year.; or
  • You wanted to make changes to your benefits; or
  • You wanted to add or drop dependents

Failure to complete enrollment resulted in losing your healthcare or dependent care flexible spending account (FSA), effective 4/1/19.

You must have processed your open enrollment at  by 2/15/19. 

Once open enrollment is over, you can only make changes to your plan if you have a qualified status change.  Click here for additional information about life events.
